Bleed With Dignity

Under the ‘Girls Get Equal’ global campaign of Plan International, ‘We’ for Change celebrated ‘Menstrual Hygiene Day 2021’ by organizing an online one-day informative session on menstrual hygiene management and extensive two-day pad-making training to 20 young menstruators. The project focused on increasing menstruator’s access to locally manufactured-affordable, hygienic and eco-friendly-reusable pads by distributing pad-making materials to all participants after the training and motivated menstruators to advocate for a dignified period without any shame and hesitance by proudly sharing their reusable pad and pad-making booklet in their social media.
