We for Change is the light in my life, a place where my journey of growth, learning, and purpose truly began. I became part of this incredible family in 2023 and from the very first day, I knew that this was no ordinary organization. It was and continues to be a space filled with energy, compassion, and a deep commitment to creating meaningful change. The experiences and opportunities I have received here have been transformative in ways that words often fail to capture.

Every project I have been a part of has opened my eyes to something new — about the world, about leadership, and about myself. Whether it was working directly with communities, collaborating with like-minded peers, or brainstorming creative campaigns, each moment has contributed to my personal and professional growth in ways I had never imagined. The people I have met here — fellow youth leaders, mentors, and friends — have challenged and inspired me to think bigger, care deeper, and act bolder.

More than just an organization, We for Change has been a home — a space where I have felt seen, heard, and valued. It has nurtured my confidence and equipped me with the skills and mindset I need to lead with empathy and purpose. The culture of trust, creativity, and encouragement that lives within this organization is rare and special, and I feel incredibly lucky to have been surrounded by such passionate and driven young people.

Looking back, I can confidently say that We for Change is not just my first workplace, it is the foundation of who I am becoming. It has given me memories I will cherish forever and lessons I will carry into every future chapter of my life. No matter where I go or what I do, a part of my heart will always belong to this vibrant youth-led movement.
